Monthly meetings of the Highland Park Neighborhood Association are held the second Tuesday of each month (with rare exceptions) at 7 p.m. in the upstairs meeting room of the Highland Park Golf Course clubhouse. Meeting notices are sent out to recipients of the Highland Park email list.
